Meet Your Husband-and-Wife Real Estate Team
A shared life.
A shared commitment.
Your next chapter.
We’re Amber and Seth Harrison. Real estate is personal to us, because every move represents something bigger happening in your life. We’re rooted in Central Iowa, and we bring a team approach, local knowledge, and a broader network of resources to help you make sense of whatever comes next.
Meet Amber
Amber Harrison
A home is part of a much bigger story. For Amber, helping someone buy or sell begins with understanding that story—what you need, what’s changing, and what you want life to look like next.
Amber brings six years of real estate experience and a strong understanding of the Greater Des Moines and Central Iowa market. Her approach combines local knowledge with the perspective to help clients think beyond the transaction itself.
She believes in listening first, explaining the options clearly, and building a strategy around the client rather than forcing the client into a predetermined process.
Today, Amber works alongside her husband, Seth, combining her real estate experience with the support, perspective, and availability of a husband-and-wife team.
Meet Seth
Seth Harrison
Seth’s role on the team began behind the scenes. Since 2025, he has worked alongside Amber in a support and development role, helping build the foundation for their growing real estate business.
In September 2026, Seth became a licensed real estate agent, taking the next step from supporting the business to serving buyers and sellers alongside Amber.
He brings a thoughtful, practical approach and a belief that good service starts with being available, listening carefully, communicating clearly, and following through.
As Amber’s husband and teammate, Seth shares her commitment to building lasting relationships and making real estate feel personal. Together, they help clients move forward with a plan that makes sense for their lives—not just the transaction.
Two Perspectives. One Commitment To You.
Our family, working for your next chapter.
A move can touch nearly every part of your life. As a husband-and-wife team, our goal is simple: listen first, help you understand the options, and create a path forward that fits your priorities—not ours.
Your goals come first.
We start with your priorities, questions, timing, and concerns so the strategy is built around your life.
Clarity at each step.
We’ll explain the process and the options in front of you, giving you room to ask questions and make informed decisions.
Support that stays with you.
We stay attentive to the details, keep communication moving, and help you prepare for what comes next.
Start Where You Are
What does your next chapter look like?
I’m Thinking About Buying.
Tell us what you're looking for, what matters most, and where you are in the process.
Start My Home Search Profile →I’m Considering Selling.
Tell us about your home, your timeline, and what you'd like your next move to accomplish.
Start My Home Selling Profile →I’m Just Exploring.
You don’t need a move date or a complete plan to start asking questions. Sometimes understanding the options is the first step.
Ask Our Team A Question →A Little More Clarity
Before we connect.
Do I need to be ready to buy or sell?
No. A conversation can be useful even if you're months away or simply trying to understand what your options might look like. We’ll start wherever you are today.
Where do you help buyers and sellers?
Central Iowa is home and the market we know most deeply. We can also help with real estate needs throughout Iowa and, when a move takes you farther away, use our broader professional network to help you find the right real estate support for wherever you're headed.
Can I ask to speak with Amber or Seth?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to connect directly with either of us. You’ll also have the advantage of a team working together behind the scenes to help support your move.
Your Next Step Can Be A Simple Conversation
Let’s make a plan
for what comes next.
Tell us what you’re thinking about. We’ll help you sort through the questions, understand the options, and find a starting point that feels right.
